When must passengers wear seatbelts?

Passengers must always wear seatbelts, unless they have a medical exemption. This is for their own safety in the event of a sudden stop or collision. It is incorrect to say that seatbelts must only be worn in the front seats (B) or back seats (C) as all passengers should wear them.
